Job summary

Lincoln College invites applications for a Lecturer - Inclusion. You will prepare, deliver and assess high-quality inclusive teaching for learners on CATCH programmes, ensuring every student progresses and achieves positive outcomes.

You will support NEET learners and those facing barriers such as disadvantage, SEND needs, or disrupted journeys, and create a curriculum that develops employability, Maths and English, and readiness for adulthood. Hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• Prepare, deliver and assess high-quality inclusive teaching and learning.
• Support learners on CATCH programmes to achieve positive progression.
