Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting experienced Lecturers to deliver Multi-Trades teaching in South Wales. The role is based with FE providers across the region, offering full-time, part-time and flexible opportunities.

The advertised rate is £40-£45 per hour with a September 2026 start and ongoing opportunities. You will deliver practical workshops, assess progress and support learners toward vocational qualifications, including SEN/ALN support where required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant trade or multi-trade discipline.
• Strong practical industry experience across construction trades.
• Experience supporting apprentices, trainees or learners is desirable.
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge.
• Ability to demonstrate safe working practices.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Teaching/training qualification desirable, with support potentially available.
• Experience working with learners with SEN/ALN is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching and learning across Multi-Trades programmes.
• Deliver practical workshop sessions covering a range of construction trades.
