Job summary

Aspire People Limited invites qualified FE lecturers to join our pool across South Wales. Immediate and ongoing opportunities span long-term, flexible full-time and part-time placements in leading FE colleges and post-16 settings.

We welcome experienced Lecturers, Trainers, Assessors or industry professionals transitioning into education, with generous hourly rates (£28–£45) and a £100 sign-up bonus after 20 days worked.

Qualifications

• Deliver engaging, industry-relevant teaching to diverse learner groups.
• Plan, assess and monitor learner progress to support achievement.
• Support learners with ALN/SEN and other needs.
• EWC registration or willingness to obtain is required/desirable; teaching qualifications desirable.
