Job summary

The University of Bath, in collaboration with Plymouth, is recruiting a part-time Lecturer in Experiential Learning to support the Plymouth-based MPharm teaching team. You will deliver teaching and assessment focused on practice-based learning and collaborate across Bath and Plymouth colleagues.

The role offers hybrid working and 0.6 FTE, with potential travel to Bath as required. Applications from suitably qualified candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• A track record of delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment, ideally with experience of supporting practice based learning.
• Ability to support individual learners with the provision of excellent pastoral care.
• A passion for this exciting and innovative project producing the pharmacists of the future.
• Ability and willingness to contribute to the day-to-day running of the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality teaching and assessment on the new MPharm degree course, supporting practice based learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues at the University of Bath and Plymouth-based team.
• Contribute to the day-to-day running of the department and flexible working practices.
