Job summary

The University of Bath and Plymouth have collaborated to deliver the new MPharm at Plymouth. We are recruiting a part-time Lecturer in Experiential Learning to join the Plymouth-based MPharm teaching team, delivering practice-based learning and assessing students.

This role offers hybrid working, up to 0.6 FTE, with occasional travel to Bath. You will collaborate with Bath colleagues and contribute to the running of the department.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment, ideally with experience of supporting practice based learning
• Ability to support individual learners with the provision of excellent pastoral care
• A passion for this exciting and innovative project and producing the pharmacists of the future
• Ability and willingness to contribute to the day-to-day running of the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality teaching and assessment on this new MPharm degree course, specifically supporting the delivery of practice based learning
• You will be an excellent teacher and have a collegiate approach to working with academic and professional services colleagues
• You will be joining a small but dynamic team based in Plymouth and will be expected to collaborate with colleagues at the University of Bath
