Job summary

The University of Sheffield is seeking a highly motivated pharmacist educator to contribute to the development and delivery of experiential learning within the integrated MPharm programme. You will work closely with the Head of Pharmacy Practice and colleagues across Pharmacy themes to design, deliver, and assess teaching across Year 1 to final year projects.

This full-time role involves extensive stakeholder liaison, recruitment and training, and ensuring learning outcomes meet professional

Qualifications

• Experience of working with trainees (Pharmacy students or Foundation Year Pharmacists).
• Experience of project work and working across mixed teams.
• Delivery to professional standards; undergraduate teaching experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on development and delivery of experiential learning within the MPharm programme.
• Develop relationships and provide training for stakeholders; liaise on EPAs.
• Collaborate with Placements Team and Learning Technologists to enhance learning.
• Contribute to national Pharmacy experiential learning communities.
• Undertake scholarship activities in Pharmacy Education relevant to experiential learning.
• Design, deliver and assess teaching in Pharmacy Practice including supervision of portfolios.
• Engage in recruitment and outreach activities, including Open Days.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with Professional Regulatory bodies.
