Job summary

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking an Engineering lecturer to deliver Level 3 BTEC and T Level units, including Mechanical Principles, Engineering Maths and Science. The ideal candidate will have an engineering qualification and strong industry experience, with teaching qualifications advantageous and the ability to obtain one during employment.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Engineering.
• Ability to deliver Level 3 BTEC and T Level units (Mechanical Principles, Engineering Maths and Science).
• Teaching qualification is advantageous, though can be obtained while employed.
• Knowledge of T Levels is desirable and industry experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 BTEC and T Level units including Mechanical Principles, Engineering Maths and Science.
• Support and motivate learners, promoting an inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to training programmes, induction and mentoring processes.
