We are recruiting for a Lecturer in Early Years/Teaching Assistant to promote and provide an excellent learning experience that supports high achievement and progression for all students. As an ambitious and enthusiastic Lecturer, you will teach effectively across relevant Early Years and Teaching Assistant programmes, thoroughly plan and evaluate your teaching, and accurately assess and monitor student work.
You will also provide effective tutorial and pastoral support, contribute to curriculum development and the sharing of best practice, and work collaboratively as part of College and divisional teams. You will bring substantial experience of working in Early Years and within a school environment, together with experience of successfully teaching Early Years/Teaching Assistant programmes for adult learners. A strong knowledge of current issues within the Early Years curriculum, excellent communication and administrative skills, and a commitment to safeguarding, equality and continuing professional development are essential.
The salary for this post is up to £40,665.
