Job summary

Arden University is seeking a Lecturer in Business Management to join our Nottingham campus team. The role involves delivering engaging teaching across undergraduate programmes and supporting student success through coaching and assessment design.

You will report to a Senior Lecturer and contribute to curriculum development while embracing innovative teaching methods and AI-enabled learning where appropriate. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in subject relevant to teaching area.
• HE Teaching Qualification and/or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA level or plan to gain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching across undergraduate Business Management modules.
• Act as Personal Academic Coach (PAC) supporting student engagement and progression.
• Take module leadership where required with high-quality materials and feedback.
