Role - Lecturer - Early Years

Hours- 24.5 hours per week

Salary: £33,351.00 - £47,397.00 FTE

Employer Pension Contribution: 28.68% (£9,565.06 - £13,593.45 FTE)

The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for a lecturer - Early Years to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.

The Role:

We are looking for a Lecturer to join our Early Years and Education team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success. A huge part of the role is the personal and social development of all our learners and this is embedded into our curriculum offer.

We are an experienced, friendly team who would help nurture and support you on your journey at TSCG. You would teach from entry to level 3, that include NCFE CACHE and T Levels to learners on a study programme. You will be a course tutor and support learners in all aspects of their study programme and journey. You need to be qualified to at least level 3 and it is desirable to have an assessor qualification.

About you:

As an Early Years Lecturer, you will:

• Develop and deliver innovative and inclusive curriculum content that meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of the department's programs and initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about early childhood education, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to creating a positive learning environment.
