Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer in Esports, located at the North Notts Campus. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality and innovative teaching across Esports modules, including topics such as shoutcasting, event management, coaching and the business of esports. You will support learners’ academic and personal development, contribute to curriculum design and planning, and engage with employer partners where appropriate to strengthen work-related learning.
Qualifications
Experience in teaching Esports or relevant industry experience in the gaming, digital or event sector
Knowledge of the Esports ecosystem including gameplay, team dynamics and the wider industry
Strong planning and delivery skills with a focus on engagement and employability
Excellent communication, assessment and feedback skills
A degree or relevant qualification in Esports, Games Design, Digital Media or a related field
A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
Commitment to ongoing professional development and curriculum innovation
Lecturer in Early Years

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer in Early Years, located at the North Notts Campus. The Lecturer will deliver engaging and sector-relevant lessons across Early Years and Childcare programmes from Level 1 to Level 3. You will support learners' progress towards careers in education or care settings, create high-quality resources and assessments, and contribute to curriculum planning in line with industry standards and awarding body requirements.
Qualifications
Industry or teaching experience in Early Years Education or Childcare
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding practices
Ability to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans and resources
Excellent communication, assessment and support skills
A degree or equivalent qualification in Early Years, Childcare or Education
A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to gain one
Commitment to personal development and to embedding inclusive practices
Lecturer in Sport and Public Services

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across a range of modules including anatomy and physiology, fitness training, outdoor education, and public service skills. You’ll support learners working towards careers in fitness, the uniformed services, or higher education, and contribute to the enrichment programme including sports coaching and trips.
Qualifications
Teaching or industry experience in Sport, Public Services or related fields
Strong subject knowledge in physical education, fitness, and/or uniformed services

Qualifications
Teaching or relevant industry experience in digital, computing or IT
Knowledge of key digital concepts such as cybersecurity, software development and cloud technology
Ability to plan, assess and deliver engaging lessons that meet awarding body standards
Strong communication and learner support skills
