Job summary

Eastern Education Group is seeking a Lecturer in Construction Management to develop and deliver Construction and Construction Management courses at our Built Environment Campus. You will plan, deliver, and evaluate teaching across Apprenticeships, FE and HE programmes, T Levels, and short courses, with focus on employer engagement and practical application.

The post requires Level 6 in Construction Management and experience in curriculum development and both FE and HE teaching.

Qualifications

• Qualified to at least Level 6 in Construction Management.
• Experience delivering Construction Management courses is desirable.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate teaching across provision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality teaching across a range of programmes.
• Develop and maintain schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment materials.
• Support students to transfer theory to workplace practice with strong employer engagement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and learning resources.
