Job summary

GEDU Global Education in Leeds is seeking Lecturers in Construction Management to join our Academic team and inspire students by delivering engaging sessions, digital resources and tailored support that reflect current industry practice.

You will guide learners through theories and practices in measurement, building appraisal and project delivery while providing constructive feedback to help students meet assessment criteria and progress confidently.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant subject area.
• Previous UK HE lecturing experience and knowledge of the subject matter.
• Experience supervising student work and providing feedback.
• Experience teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on HE programmes.
• Strong reporting skills and ability to maintain thorough student records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching sessions, digital resources and tailored support to students in construction management.
• Provide feedback on progress and explain how to improve to meet assessment criteria.
• Document and evaluate teaching to enhance student learning experience.
