GEDU in Manchester is seeking Lecturers in Construction Management to educate and mentor students, shaping their expertise for the construction industry. You will design, deliver, and assess modules while aligning with BSU partnership and delivery model.

The role requires flexibility to teach weekdays, evenings and weekends. A Master's degree is essential; PhD desirable, plus experience in UK higher education and supervising student work. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
• UK higher education lecturing experience in construction management or related field.
• Experience supervising student work and providing feedback.
• Experience teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong reporting and student records management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Design, plan and deliver teaching sessions, digital resources and tailored support for construction management topics.
• Provide meaningful feedback on progress and guide students to meet assessment criteria.
• Document and evaluate teaching to identify areas for improvement and enhance student experience.
