HRUC is looking for a full-time Lecturer to join their team at Hayes Campus, teaching Hospitality programmes including Professional Cookery. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Catering/Cookery, teaching experience, and excellent communication skills to inspire young learners. The role offers a supportive environment for obtaining a Level 5 teaching qualification.

We are seeking a full-time Lecturer to join our successful team, based at Hayes Campus. You will teach across a variety of Hospitality programmes including VRQs/NVQs in Professional Cookery from Level 1 to Level 3, and Apprenticeship Standards - Level 2 Production Chef, Level 2 Commis Chef, and Level 3 Chef De Partie. The section has a restaurant (Revisco) that is open to the general public.
You need to be qualified to Level 3 in Catering/Cookery, with experience in teaching and in the industry as a Chef. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners aged 16-18. You will either possess or be willing to obtain a Level 5 teaching qualification, which the College will support financially over the two-year course.

Salary: £32,455 to £45,260 per annum including London Weighting.
