Cumberland Council's Leaving Care team is seeking a permanent Personal Advisor to support care-experienced young people as they move on from care. You will build trusting relationships and coordinate practical and emotional support across education, housing and health to help them achieve their goals.

The role involves guiding young people through key decisions about education, employment and training, ensuring their voices are heard within the Leaving Care team.

• Enhanced DBS check with Children's Barred List.
