Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Personal Advisor in social care to join a rewarding locum role in Bedford, UK. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of 25 care leavers and delivering Pathway Planning in line with Leaving Care legislation.

This 3-month full-time position requires a car for local and out-of-county visits. A flexible, field-based role with opportunities to build experience across counties and contribute to young people's transitions into adulthood.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pathway Planning and Leaving Care Legislation.
• Must have a car for Bedford and out-of-county visits.
• Locum, full-time contract for 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 25 care leavers and complete statutory duties.
• Collaborate with care-experienced young people to support transitions into adulthood.
• Conduct regular Pathway Planning to monitor progress.
• Attend the Bedford office as required to coordinate with the team.
• Carry out out-of-county visits every eight weeks to meet statutory visiting requirements.
