Autotrader is recruiting a Sales Executive for our Leasing team in Hemel Hempstead. You will engage customers to understand their leasing needs, qualifying both familiar and new-to-leasing clients, and provide tailored guidance through the journey.

The role focuses on delivering great service while meeting KPIs. We offer a 37.5-hour week on a 4-week rota, with a baseline salary of £35,000–£40,000 plus 10% in company shares yearly.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a sales environment (face-to-face or phone)
• Experience in achieving targets or KPIs
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, objection-handling and influencing skills
• No automotive experience required; training provided
• Organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, resilient and a team player
• Strong written and verbal communication with an eye for accuracy and detail
