Job summary

Autotrader in Manchester is hiring Sales Executives to lead the onboarding journey for new or re-engaged customers, typically during their first 3 months. You will manage around 50 customers, delivering product walkthroughs to maximise advert response and ROI.

Using industry insights, you’ll provide expert guidance to select the best product package. The role involves consultative selling to drive revenue, collaboration with Account Managers, and day-to-day admin to keep workflows smooth.

Qualifications

• Sales background in B2B or B2C environments.
• Experience meeting targets and KPIs.
• Ability to simplify complex product features or data insights.
• Empathy, active listening and influence.
• Strong time management and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new or re-engaged customers, guiding them through the first 3 months.
• Deliver interactive product walkthroughs and platform training to maximise ROI.
• Spot growth opportunities through consultative conversations and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth handovers and ongoing relations.
• Handle day-to-day admin and account management tasks to keep workflows efficient.
