What You’ll Do

  1. Opening and closing the community according to the provided checklist
  2. Walking the tour path and models daily
  3. Answering leasing leads, follow up and responding to resident contacts
  4. Touring and leasing apartments to prospective residents
  5. Maintain an outstanding resident rapport through planning community events, preparing/distributing the newsletter and creating a sense of community
  6. Conduct a thorough and accurate market survey
  7. Assist residents with submitting service requests and handling resident conflict or issues
  8. Assist with weekly leasing reports and providing market survey information to the competitors
  9. Assist in the renewal process to retain existing residents
  10. Perform outreach marketing calls and visits
  11. Manage social media accounts and post according to the brand guidelines
  12. Walk vacant units, grounds, amenities, and buildings as required
  13. Complete leasing paperwork required for move ins and send applicable professional communication and letters as needed
  14. Participate in local chamber, apartment association or other activities representing NorthPoint
  15. Embed yourself into the community for networking opportunities and vendor partnerships
  16. Contribute time to various charitable activities in order to “Live Generously”

Who You Are

  1. High school diploma, GED or related experience and/or training
  2. Must have a valid Driver’s License
  3. Willing to work weekends and a varied schedule
  4. Sales and/or customer service experience is a plus
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Windows operating system and Google applications
  6. The aptitude to read a resident ledger and understand payments and credits
  7. Entrata/Yardi experience is a plus along with familiarity of Blue Moon lease
  8. Ability to work in a team environment and help teammates as necessary
  9. Proficient communication skills both verbal and written
  10. Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills are required
  11. Excellent attitude, teamwork skills and self-motivated
  12. Able to approach problems both logically and creatively
  13. Confident and knowledgeable when interacting with all team members & outside parties
  14. Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently
  15. Must be able to carry/transport items weighing up to 25 pounds
  16. Continuous walking and standing
  17. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
  18. Must be able to move, bend, squat, stoop, twist, climb stairs and turn to perform day to day responsibilities
