TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our West Palm Beach, FL lease-up. You will work with the property management team to provide residents with excellent service, guide prospective tenants through tours, and manage applications and move-ins.

The ideal candidate has a customer-service focus, some hospitality or real estate exposure, and familiar with MS Office. Onsite work at a multifamily property in West Palm Beach is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, conventional or multifamily real estate.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus, not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presenting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Interview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments to explain size, layout, amenities, and lease terms.
• Fill out lease forms and collect security deposits.
• Periodically inspect properties and arrange maintenance.
• Compile a list of available rental units.
• Manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build connections with residents.
• Answer calls and voicemails professionally and promptly.
• Request applications and deposits per policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Process applications for approvals and update availability reports.
