Job Summary:

You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. Your responsibilities include handling inquiries, assisting with leasing procedures, and collaborating with on-site teams to ensure smooth operations. You will showcase our communities, highlight amenities, and deliver exceptional service to residents.

Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for helping people are essential, while experience in property management or leasing is beneficial but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective residents through property tours and inquiries.
  • Promote community amenities and drive occupancy goals.
  • Assist with leasing operations, including processing applications and lease agreements.
  • Coordinate apartment inspections and move-in preparations.
  • Address resident concerns, handle lease renewals, and foster a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor properties.
  • Support community events and resident engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping people.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Positive, professional attitude and team spirit.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, leasing, hospitality, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
