Job summary

London Borough of Camden is seeking a Service Charge Officer to ensure leaseholders receive accurate, transparent service charge information. You will calculate estimates and actuals, resolve queries, and support the Home Ownership team with a customer-centric approach.

You’ll work across Housing, Repairs and Income Collection, delivering high-quality service while adhering to legislative frameworks governing leasehold charges.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and analytical skills required.
• Able to handle complex service charge information and produce accurate calculations.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and bill service charge estimates and actuals.
• Resolve queries and disputes for leaseholders.
• Explain charges clearly and sensitively to leaseholders.
• Support legal and enforcement processes when required.
