MMP Consultancy Limited is recruiting a Leaseholder Manager in Norwich on a temporary basis for approximately three months. The role centres on managing a varied leasehold portfolio and acting as the main contact for leaseholders and shared owners, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service.

The position offers a 37-hour week with hybrid working from Norwich City Centre and an immediate start. Applicants should have strong leasehold experience and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Leasehold Officer/Leaseholder Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of leasehold management, service charges and leases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Lead on leasehold management matters and service delivery.
• Act as main contact for leaseholders and shared owners.
• Coordinate service charge delivery with the Service Charge Officer.
• Manage complex leasehold cases and estate inspections.
• Handle complaints and resident enquiries.
