The Guinness Partnership is recruiting a Managing Agent Officer for a permanent, full-time role based at our Oldham, Bower House office. The position offers hybrid working and 35 hours per week, with a focus on delivering an excellent leasehold management service and customer experience on developments owned or managed by third-party landlords and agents.

You will need strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and the Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and the Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
• Essential Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English.
• Experience with affordable housing tenures (Shared Ownership, Affordable Rent).

Responsabilités

• Deliver an excellent leasehold management service and customer experience on housing developments.
• Interpret and explain complex leasehold structures and requirements.
• Scrutinise service charge demands, accounts and notices from managing agents.
• Manage a varied workload while meeting performance targets and ensuring health and safety compliance.
