Milton Keynes City Council is seeking a Home Ownership Manager to lead the Home Ownership team within Housing Operations. This site-based role focuses on leasehold and home ownership services, ensuring compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards while delivering customer-focused outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Detailed understanding of housing and landlord and tenant legislation.

Responsabilités

• Lead, support and develop the Home Ownership team to deliver high-quality performance for residents.
• Oversee leasehold management, Section 20 consultation, major works and service charge invoicing, Right to Buy processes and income recovery.
• Plan and manage resources to stay effective, resilient and compliant with housing standards.
