Fox Red Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Consultant Solicitor to cover maternity leave from September 2026, with potential for a permanent role. You will manage a varied caseload and develop client relationships in a fast-paced practice.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years' PQE in leasehold enfranchisement, with strong technical knowledge and business development skills. Hybrid working arrangement supported by a central London office.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in leasehold enfranchisement.
• Proven experience advising on lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and related matters.
• Ability to manage matters independently from instruction through to completion.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters independently, including extensions and collective enfranchisement.
• Handle Right to Manage applications and related landlord-tenant matters.
• Develop and maintain your own client following and referrer network.
• Provide technically excellent, commercially focused advice to clients.
• Keep abreast of developments in legislation, case law, and market trends.
