Job summary

The role focuses on Learning & Development within financial services, requiring senior stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to deliver end-to-end learning experiences across modalities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and behavioural change principles.
• Consulting experience within professional services or large-scale transformation.
• Financial services experience across banking, insurance, wealth and asset management.
• Experience designing end-to-end learning solutions in all modalities (in person, digital, virtual).
• Experience managing learning vendors and multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and teams across financial services transformation and capability development programmes.
• Design and deliver innovative learning and capability solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across client organisations.
• Lead business development activities including proposals and client pursuits.
• Oversee engagement delivery, operations and risk management, and coach junior members.
• Support wider People Consulting initiatives through knowledge sharing and practice growth.
