Qualifications

• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and behavioural change principles.
• Consulting experience in professional services or large-scale transformation.
• Experience in financial services across banking/insurance/wealth management.
• End-to-end learning solutions from analysis to deployment.
• Experience managing learning vendors and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to complex client engagements in financial services learning.
• Design and deliver innovative learning and capability solutions across modalities.
• Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Lead business development activities including proposals.
• Oversee delivery, risk management and operations.
