Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Learning Business Partner to join our aerospace client in Broughton, near Chester. This on-site role is 18 hours per week, paying £23.00 per hour PAYE and inside IR35.

You will deliver the production area learning plan, act as a focal point for assigned units, and work with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-cost, on-quality learning deployment. Security clearance is required, and hours can be flexed across the week.

Learning Business Partner; Broughton, Chester; On going contract; 18 hours per week; £23.00ph paye; Inside IR35.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Learning Business Partner to work with our aerospace client based in Broughton near Chester, to be involved in the delivery of a training plan a particular area of the business . The role if for 18 hours per week and our client flexible on how these hours are worked over the week but will be based on site and the successful candidate will be required to complete a security clearance process.

The Learning Business Partner (LBP) is responsible for the delivery of training to a Production area (typically a plant) and also acts as the focal point for an assigned org unit(s), taking into account their specific constraints and ensuring on-time, on-cost, on-quality yearly learning plan deployment in the production area advising the business on the best learning solutions to fit their needs.

Key areas of responsibility

• Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain)
• Ensure business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities, understanding business constraints, assessing feasibility and leading deployment of the learning plan working closely with key stakeholders
• Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challenges
• Act as a focal point for the business answering all learning related questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriate
• Regular monitoring of the learning plan and anticipating of future learning needs
• Contribute to regular multi-functional team meetings representing the LBP team as appropriate, presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions and advising on processes.
• Working closely with our training administration provider to ensure successful deployment of training to the business
• Anticipating risks and implementing actions to resolve any deployment issues in collaboration with all stakeholders Assess deployment feasibility of learning projects in partnership with the business
• Contribute to learning projects locally and/or transnationally in collaboration with the central learning team
