Job summary

The UCL Institute for Global Health seeks a Learning Technologist to design, develop and implement the online education infrastructure for a flagship Doctoral programme in Global Health (DrPH). You will work with academic staff to create high-quality, engaging digital content and ensure the programme meets pedagogical standards.

This full-time role, starting March 2027 for two years, offers opportunities to shape online learning across the DrPH and related courses, employing Moodle, e-authoring

Qualifications

• Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and developing digital learning materials using LMS, e-authoring tools, video, image, animation, design, and presentation apps.
• Experience using Moodle or other virtual learning environments.
• Knowledge of how web-based multimedia and mobile technologies can enhance learning in population health sciences.
• Experience training and sharing technical knowledge to support others.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of the online education infrastructure for the DrPH in Global Health.
• Create high-quality, engaging online learning content and activities.
• Collaborate with academic and professional services staff to support degrees and short courses.
