Job summary

Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh invites applications for a Digital Learning Co-ordinator based in Edinburgh. The role supports a broad programme of online education for UK and international healthcare professionals, delivering webinars, podcasts, and mentoring support.

Reporting to the Digital Learning Manager, you will coordinate events, maintain VLEs, and ensure smooth delivery of online learning activities. Hybrid working is available, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Educated to HNC/HND level or Advanced Higher/A-Level standard or equivalent experience.
• Qualification in administration, education, events management or digital learning is advantageous.
• Experience managing priorities, maintaining records and delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate webinars and virtual events from planning to live delivery.
• Support educational podcasts and RCSEd Mentoring Scheme administration.
• Provide admin support for VLEs, learner access, enrolments and reporting.
• Collaborate with faculties, volunteers and partners to improve digital learning services.
• Assist with day-to-day running of online learning platforms and respond to enquiries.
