• Significant experience leading digital learning or digital transformation within a complex organisation.
• Proven track record owning or optimising an LMS with focus on learner experience and business needs.
• Experience delivering digital/blended learning products from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across education, technology, commercial and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the digital learning and innovation strategy aligned to organisational priorities.
• Own the LMS and learning technology roadmap, improving functionality, accessibility and learner experience.
• Shape and develop innovative digital/blended learning products delivering high-quality experiences.
