Job summary

Springer Nature is seeking a Learning Technologist in London (Hybrid) to maximise the value of the Nature Masterclasses learning technology ecosystem. You will own the Docebo platform, collaborate with Publishing, Product and Learning Design teams, and support content development using Articulate Rise and Storyline.

Responsibilities include analytics, platform optimisations, and QA to ensure accessible, robust digital learning products for researchers and educators worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience administering an LMS or LXP and improving learner experience.
• Proven ability to design learning pathways and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Articulate Rise/Storyline and Docebo is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the Nature Masterclasses Docebo platform and related tooling.
• Develop and publish digital learning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Create LMS reports and dashboards; analyse learner engagement and platform usage.
• Collaborate with publishing, product and learning design teams to improve learner experience.
