Job summary

Springer Nature in London seeks a Manager, Editor Training to lead and deliver high-quality editor training for editors, EBMs, reviewers and guest editors, with a strong emphasis on research integrity and learning design.

You will translate expert knowledge into engaging eLearning experiences, partner with SMEs, manage the Editorial Academy platform, and drive programme development, analytics and accessibility improvements across editorial workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering training programmes using a variety of learning approaches and formats, including eLearning, webinars and hybrid learning content.
• A university degree or equivalent experience
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into effective learning experiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to agreed timelines
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Programme development: Managing the day-to-day running of the editorial training programme and supporting its continued growth in line with organisational objectives.
• Content creation and delivery: Creating task and role-specific training outputs in collaboration with key subject matter experts.
• Administration of the Springer Nature Editorial Academy: setup courses, users, enrolments, reports and configurations.
• Collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to gather feedback and iterate on deliverables.
