Job summary

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work at a Further Education college in Widnes on a temporary, ongoing basis. The role involves one-to-one and small-group support, helping learners access programmes and develop study skills in a flexible timetable environment.

You will collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning space, monitor progress and provide feedback while supporting learners with additional needs. A valid DBS is required.

Salary: 18 per hour

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and learners to provide high-quality learning support. You will help learners access their programmes effectively, develop their confidence and independence, and overcome barriers to learning.
