Job summary

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Apprenticeships Department in a college in Greater Manchester on a full-time, temporary basis. You will work with teaching staff and apprentices to provide high-quality learning support, helping learners access their programmes, build confidence and independence.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and apprentices to provide high-quality learning support. You will help learners access their programmes effectively, develop their confidence and independence, and overcome barriers to learning.
