Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join a welcoming 2-form entry primary school in the CF3 area from September. This long-term role runs for the full academic year with potential to extend.

You will support pupils in and out of the classroom, delivering targeted interventions, working with groups to build skills and confidence, and assisting the teacher to foster a positive, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in some capacity is required.
• Experience in nurseries, teaching assistants, learning support or related roles is beneficial.

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Worker to join a welcoming 2-form entry primary school in the CF3 area from September. This is a long-term opportunity for the full academic year, with the potential for the role to be extended.

The successful candidate will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Role

• Deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress.

Applicants must have experience working with children in some capacity, including but not limited to:
