Job summary

Dovetail & Slate Ltd is seeking Learning Support Assistants to join our education community. You will support learners, work 1:1 or in small groups, and help students progress toward EHCP milestones in a supportive college setting.

The role emphasizes term-time only work with flexible part-time options and access to CPD opportunities, while offering dedicated 1:1 consultant support throughout placement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with additional needs in education, healthcare or community settings.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or done within last 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Support special-needs students 1:1, in-class or out-of-class to progress EHCP milestones.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to differentiate and modify curriculum resources.
• Complete administrative responsibilities by recording support interactions for EHCP reviews.
