Ormiston Beachcroft Academy in Westminster is seeking a Learning Support Professional to help pupils who find mainstream education challenging re-engage with learning and grow in confidence. You will support individuals and small groups, deliver targeted interventions, and contribute to IEPs, while maintaining a warm, inclusive environment.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, build positive relationships, and participate in full training including first aid.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children in a learning environment.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills (level 2 in English and Maths or equivalent).
• Confident IT skills and understanding of how children learn and develop.
• Warm, clear communicator and supportive team player.

Responsabilidades

• Support individuals and small groups in the classroom under supervision.
• Deliver targeted interventions in literacy, speech and language, behaviour and PSHE.
• Help pupils manage behaviour and build positive relationships; support IEPs.
• Engage with families and professionals to support each pupil’s development and reintegration.
