Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an educational setting supporting learners with learning difficulties and disabilities.
• Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and Education and Health Care Plans.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with safeguarding awareness.

• Assess and coordinate required support for all students with a declared learning difficulty or disability.
• Conduct initial interviews, high needs funding forms, risk assessments and annual reviews.
