Job summary

Ormiston Ilkeston Enterprise Academy is seeking a passionate SEND Intervention Specialist to lead targeted support for students with additional learning needs across Key Stage 3 and 4. You will work within the Inclusion team to identify barriers to learning and deliver small-group interventions that build confidence and promote reintegration into mainstream lessons.

You will collaborate with teachers and support staff, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to meet diverse needs.

We are seeking a passionate, nurturing and highly skilled SEND Intervention Specialist to join our inclusion team and lead targeted intervention provision for students with additional learning needs across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional practitioner to work with small groups of students who require additional support to access learning, build confidence and experience success within a mainstream secondary setting. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping students' close gaps in learning, develop independence and successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons where appropriate.
