Job summary

Ormiston Rivers Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and flexible SEN support member to join the team on a 37.5-hour week during school terms plus one additional week. The role involves providing classroom, 1:1 or small group support to students with additional needs, disabilities or medical needs, and may include supervising medication after training.

Applicants should be educated to at least GCSE grade C in English and Maths and able to communicate effectively with students, parents and staff.

The role requires working for 37.5 hours per week, school term time plus 1 week. Duties will include providing classroom, 1:1 or small group support to students with additional needs, disability or specific medical needs., Ormiston Rivers Academy is a smaller than average 11-19 academy, with a renowned and respected sponsor, and a proven record of school improvement. We are set in a beautiful, rural location, in a thriving riverside town, with an active and involved community.
