Job summary
TeacherActive Ltd is seeking a Learning Support Officer to assist in Primary Schools in Porthcawl. Role includes supporting teachers with activities, providing 1:1 or small group support, and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom.
Desirable CACHE Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification; enthusiasm and commitment are most important. Flexible hours, competitive daily rates, and CPD opportunities offered. On-site in CF36 with full-time hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in schools, clubs, nurseries or similar is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
- A caring, patient and proactive approach is valued.
