Job summary

The Learning Community Trust is seeking Learning Support Mentors to join HLC Primary and support pupils from Reception to Year 6 with personalised learning plans. You will work closely with teachers to create an engaging, inclusive classroom experience.

Visits to the school are welcome. The role offers CPD opportunities within the Trust and a supportive team environment focused on safeguarding and pupil welfare.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Mentor, you will:

• Work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality, personalised learning support.
• Support pupils with additional needs across Reception to Year 6.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Be part of a collaborative team that includes Pastoral Support Managers, Family Support Workers, and experienced teaching staff.
