New Collaborative Learning Trust's Dinnington High School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Learning Support Hub. You will assist the LSH Coordinator to deliver personalised, evidence-based provision that removes barriers to learning and helps vulnerable students progress.
Working with the inclusion team, you will support targeted interventions and day-to-day provision, aiding reintegration into mainstream lessons and upholding safeguarding responsibilities and our school
Salary: Band E of the Schools Support Staff Pay scale (£26,403- £28,142 FTE, actual salary £23,254.95- £24,786.61) Subject to Support Staff Pay Award
Contract Type: Full time, 37 hours per week Term Time only (38 weeks plus 5 inset days).
Contract Term: Permanent

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) within the Learning Support Hub, you will play a key role in supporting the LSH Coordinator to deliver personalised, evidence-based provision that removes barriers to learning and promotes the success of vulnerable students.
You will help create a calm, structured and nurturing environment where students can regulate, develop essential skills, and make academic, social and emotional progress.
Working as part of the inclusion team, you will contribute to the effective operation of the Learning Support Hub, supporting both targeted interventions and day-to-day provision. Your work will help ensure the successful reintegration of students into mainstream lessons and provide high‑quality support in line with the school’s values and safeguarding responsibilities.
