This role would be ideal for Psychology and Criminology graduates, aspiring teachers, people with experience working with young people, or anyone looking to build a career in Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Job Responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN.
• Support students with their learning, communication, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive classroom activities.
• Implement individual learning plans, EHCP targets and support strategies.
• Support students with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
• Monitor and record student progress, behaviour and wellbeing.
