Job Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional learning needs.
  Support students with their learning and help them engage positively with lessons and activities.
  * Assist teachers with classroom activities and the delivery of individual learning plans.
  * Support students in developing their confidence, communication, and independence.
  * Help students overcome barriers to learning and encourage positive engagement in education.
• Gain valuable hands-on experience within a specialist SEN setting.
  Develop practical skills in education, learning support, communication, and behaviour management.
  * Excellent experience for Psychology and Criminology graduates considering careers working with young people.
  * Work alongside experienced teachers, SEN professionals, and support staff.
