Job summary

The ideal candidate will have HLTA experience and an Early Years qualification, with the ability to follow individual and small-group plans.

Qualifications

• Experience as Learning Support Assistant.
• Experience as HLTA (Higher Learning Teaching Assistant).
• Knowledge of Early Years or an Early Years Qualification.
• Ability to relate effectively with learners and adults.
• Ability to follow individual and small group learning plans.
