Aspire People is currently recruiting for two Learning Support Assistants to join a thriving secondary school in Stockport from September 2025. These are full-time, long-term roles for the full academic year, offering an invaluable stepping stone into the world of education.

The Role:
Supporting students across a range of abilities, including those with SEND
Working 1:1 and in small groups, helping to boost confidence and engagement
Assisting in the delivery of lessons across core subjects (Maths, English, Science)
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Being a patient, caring, and nurturing presence in the classroom
Ideal Candidates Will:
Hold a UK degree, ideally in an education-related or core subject area
Have strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science
Be passionate about working with young people and supporting their development
Be considering a future in teaching or education
Have previous tutoring or classroom experience (desirable but not essential)
Be able to provide references covering the last 2 years
Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
